Acceptance of Terms
By accessing QfsApex at qfsapex.site or any of our associated mobile applications and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. QfsApex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Eligibility & Registration
To use QfsApex, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online investment services are prohibited. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. QfsApex reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts at its sole discretion.
Investment Services
QfsApex provides simulated investment plan services across cryptocurrency assets, stock instruments, and private equity instruments including SpaceX-linked products. All investment plans have defined return rates, minimum and maximum investment thresholds, and maturity periods as described on our Plans page. Returns are calculated based on your invested capital and the daily ROI percentage applicable to your chosen plan. QfsApex does not guarantee future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. Investment plans are not transferable between accounts.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using the payment methods approved on the platform at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts apply per plan as specified. Deposits are credited to your QfsApex balance following confirmation on the relevant blockchain network or payment processor. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission following plan maturity. QfsApex reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Fraudulent deposits or those originating from prohibited sources will be reversed and the account suspended.
Returns & Profit Crediting
Daily returns are credited to your account balance every 24 hours from the date your investment plan becomes active. Returns are calculated as a percentage of your invested principal as defined by your selected plan. QfsApex does not guarantee specific returns and reserves the right to adjust plan rates with 48 hours notice. Profits may be withdrawn after plan maturity or reinvested at your discretion. QfsApex is not liable for delays in profit crediting caused by technical issues, blockchain congestion, or force majeure events.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on QfsApex: (a) using the platform to launder money or finance terrorism; (b) creating multiple accounts to exploit referral programs; (c) attempting to manipulate platform systems or circumvent security measures; (d) providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification; (e) using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform; (f) engaging in any conduct that disrupts or harms other users or QfsApex operations. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Risk Acknowledgement
By using QfsApex, you acknowledge that all forms of investment carry inherent risk and that the value of investments can go down as well as up. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and subject to regulatory changes across jurisdictions. Stock and private equity investments are subject to market, economic, and political risk. You agree that you are investing only capital that you can afford to lose and that QfsApex bears no responsibility for investment losses. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making significant investment decisions.
Account Termination
QfsApex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, compliance requirements, inactivity exceeding 12 months, or regulatory obligations. Upon termination, any active investment plans will be processed and remaining balances returned to the investor after applicable fees, subject to identity verification. QfsApex will not be liable for any losses arising from account termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on the QfsApex platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, is the exclusive property of QfsApex Global Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal investment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from QfsApex.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QfsApex and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. QfsApex's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QfsApex with respect to your use of the platform.
