Cryptocurrency assets are subject to extreme price volatility that can occur without warning. Factors affecting crypto prices include regulatory announcements, technological changes, market sentiment, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic events. Cryptocurrency markets operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can experience rapid and severe price movements at any time. Additionally, cryptocurrency assets are not insured by any government or regulatory body, and there is no central authority to provide recourse in the event of loss. The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is rapidly evolving and may adversely affect the value and legality of crypto assets in your jurisdiction.

Stock Market Risk

Stock investments are subject to market risk, meaning the value of shares can decline due to broad market movements, economic downturns, geopolitical events, or changes in investor sentiment. Private Equity & SpaceX Risk

Investment in private equity instruments, including those linked to SpaceX and similar private companies, carries unique and elevated risks. Regulatory & Legal Risk

The regulatory landscape for online investment platforms and cryptocurrency services is evolving rapidly across all jurisdictions. Regulatory changes, including new laws, government bans, licensing requirements, or tax treatments, could adversely affect QfsApex's operations and your investments. QfsApex may be required to restrict services in certain jurisdictions at short notice. Cybersecurity Risk

Despite QfsApex's implementation of industry-leading security measures, no system is completely immune to cybersecurity threats. Risks include hacking, phishing attacks targeting your account credentials, malware on your personal devices, and social engineering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account by using a strong, unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and keeping your login credentials confidential. QfsApex will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. You must report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately.

Counterparty & Platform Risk

QfsApex operates as an intermediary platform and, like any financial platform, is subject to operational risk. This includes the risk of system outages, technical failures, errors in software, or operational disruptions that could temporarily prevent access to your account or delay transactions. While QfsApex maintains business continuity plans, no guarantee can be made that services will be available without interruption. Additionally, the insolvency or cessation of operations of QfsApex, while not anticipated, would represent a risk to investor funds.
